Local furniture shoppers will be surprised to see what La-Z-Boy has in store for Logan Square, Chicago. The iconic furniture company held a grand opening celebration of a new store, featuring a shopping experience as comfortable as its famous furniture. The new location in Logan Square boasts a remarkable selection of great looking furniture for the entire home, all presented in inspiring room displays organized by lifestyle. The company’s store represents a new store design format for La-Z-Boy, and truly embodies the new “Live life comfortably SM” tagline.
To celebrate the grand opening of the new store, La-Z-Boy Chicago In-Store Design team collaborated with Chicago VIPs – the bloggers of The Girls of Lincoln Park, HGTV personality Monica Pederson, Chicago design VIP Amy Tara Koch, and Refinery 29’s Shani Silver to create four personalized vignettes.
“We offer furniture to fit nearly every lifestyle and design sense, and this beautiful new store in Logan Square provides a refreshing new shopping experience for customers.” said Mark Bacon, President, La-Z-Boy Branded Business. “La-Z-Boy today is so much more than recliners – and customers will really be amazed when they walk into the Logan Square store to find bright and colorful displays inviting them to relax and explore.”
To make shopping easy, furniture throughout the store is grouped by style, including “comfortably casual,” “modern retreat”, “traditional elegance” and “classics revisited,” allowing customers to find the look that is perfect for their home. The Logan Square store features a wide-range of furniture from more than 60 sofa styles, to sectionals, leather, loveseats, ottomans as well as the company’s legendary recliners. The new location also offers a large selection of home accents and accessories to help customers create a complete look.
Shoppers will immediately notice the dramatic décor and home furnishings in the numerous vignettes located throughout the store that deliver inspiration for living and family rooms. La-Z-Boy designers will also visit customer’s homes to help them with their design project and advise on styles that will fit comfortably into their homes and budgets.
