Furniture World News Desk on 10/12/2016

Country View Woodworking announced the introduction of the new “American Modern” bedroom collection to be shown at the upcoming High Point Market.

“American Modern is a fresh new collection shown for the first time in High Point, IHFC space D-1101,” said company president Roy Miller. The collection pairs a timeless American design sensibility created by talented furniture designer Michael Robinson, with Amish quality construction and beautiful finishes. Today’s consumer is looking for fashion, quality, value and impeccable service. That is exactly what CVW has to offer. The American Modern Collection stands as proof that American manufacturers can compete in a global economy. Michael understands the needs of retailers and consumers alike. He has designed a collection with broad appeal that will stand the test of time.”

The American Modern Collection gives consumers a choice of eight different beds that range from upholstered to all wood. There are six styles of cases ranging from contemporary to transitional, available with three different legs and bases. Each style has a variety of pieces from which to choose, including nightstands, bedside chests, dressers and tall chests.

Notes Michael Robinson, “It’s a fresh new line that includes a wide variety of beds, cases, finishes, drawer and hardware options. Country View's President Roy Miller, CVW’s Sales Manager Chuck Kuder and I worked closely together to create products whose flexibility allows home furnishings retailers get the highest sales per square foot. This collection has broad appeal, giving consumers the flexibility to choose styles, sizes and finishing options that suit their lifestyles.”

The entire collection crafted in solid Brown Maple or Elm is manufactured in Ohio by Amish craftsmen using only the highest quality materials. There are over 200 pieces in the line all of which are made to order with many finish options.
