invites ideas from associates through brainstorming in a group session by:

1. identifying topics 
     
2. allowing one idea per turn
     
3. allowing participants to pass if they have no idea to contribute
      
4. allowing no discussion of ideas until all new thoughts have been offered
      
5. striving for quantity of new ideas
     
6. insuring that no idea is flawed
      
7. stressing that good natured laughter is okay
     
8. journaling results and reporting feedback to recipients
