Reps Association To Offer Services At High Point

The International Home Furnishings Representatives Association announced that it will again will offer an array of services during this month’s High Point Market. 

The organization’s office in the International Home Furnishings Center’s Main Wing, lower level, will be open from 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. from Thursday, April 23, through Thursday, April 30. 

Services available through IHFRA during Market include: 

• Wi/Fi is available at the IHFRA Office for its members.

• Free legal counsel for IHFRA members will be available Tuesday, April 28 from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m.  Call the IHFRA Office to schedule an appointment.

• All current Opportunity Center ads will be available for IHFRA members seeking additional lines.  Manufacturers are encouraged to post job openings before Market. 
  
• IHFRA will host several Market social events including the Presidential Gala and Awards Ceremony on Friday, April 23; the Furniture Industry Awards Gala (co-hosted with the National Home Furnishings Association) to be held on Monday, April 27; the Tri-State Chapter Market Social to be held on Sunday April 26.

• In addition, IHFRA members receive free IHFC parking passes for the Thursday and Friday prior to Market in the Green Drive parking lot and can enjoy a free hot breakfast buffet bar the same Thursday and Friday mornings courtesy of IHFC.  

IHFRA will sponsor New Members Week during the Spring High Point Market in its office in the lower level of IHFC’s Main Wing.  The event gives industry reps a chance to learn about new benefits and networking opportunities available .
