Berkline announced that it is launching a “Feel Good” line of massage chairs that combine new styles and features that relax muscles, improve circulation and provide other benefits to reach a new level of comfort and wellness.
Berkline’s Feel Good line is part of a stocking program that will ship products within three-to-five days of a dealer’s order.
In development for the past year, the Feel Good line of chairs is specifically developed to provide massage. Dealers will benefit from the most affordable product offered by a major manufacturer in the massage chair category, said Grey Hunsucker, Berkline vice president of sales.
These chairs range in price from $1,199 to $2,199,” Hunsucker said. “Also, because this is a stocking program, dealers don’t have to wait weeks for delivery or carry large inventory. Reducing their inventory improves dealers’ gross margin return on investment. It also offers them easy access to a product category they might otherwise not be able to offer.”
The Feel Good collection introduces a new element in massage chairs, added Bruce Sinning, vice president of merchandising.
“All other Berkline massage chairs are recliners that have a massage option. These are the first chairs in the Berkline product line to be produced expressly to provide massage.”
Sinning said that back massage is accomplished through a series of four rollers that move in a wide variety of directions and patterns to provide a wide ranging massage experience.
Several models offer programmable Shiatsu and Swedish massage with adjustable width, length, speed, intensity and massage duration. An autoscanning element enables the chair user to personalize his or her massage program.
Air pressure massage is another component of the Feel Good line. Depending on the model, air pressure is employed to stimulate massage for feet, calves, seat and lumbar region.
Five of the six Berkline Feel Good massage chairs offer vibration that varies in speed, intensity and duration.
All Feel Good models offer Berkline’s one-touch PowerRecline; automatic 15-minute shutoff; kneading, clapping, tapping and rolling back massage and an easy to use control wand.
The Feel Good massage chairs come in black or brown color and will be shipped to dealers from Berkline’s Morristown, Tenn. warehouse.
