Capel Rugs announced that it will debut its latest introductions offered in a spectacular assortment of styles and constructions at the Atlanta International Area Rug Market July 12-15.
"Capel is starting to see a turnaround in consumer confidence," said Allen Robertson, Capel's vice president of sales. "We're expecting value and versatility to be a huge draw for Atlanta and we're ready with a wide range of innovative designs to meet growing customer demand."
In the transitional category, Capel leads with the brand new Karma Naturals collection, offering fabulous texture in soft, natural fibers. Capel's newest introductions in the outdoor category offer dramatic prints in floral and animal skin designs. The latest braids from Capel Braids - American Originals™ are bright and bold, featuring a modern twist on the classic construction.
New for the Atlanta market, Capel will feature three new Kaimuri rugs and two new colorways in the Pebbles collection. Licensed introductions will include the Byron collection from Biltmore™ for Your Home, inspired by the antique book collection at the Biltmore Estate and made on precision Wilton looms in the U.S.A. Capel is also introducing five new styles in the indoor-outdoor Seabreeze collection, one of which, called Chelsea, will be a Williamsburg® licensed rug.
In addition to a wide variety of introductions, Capel will host celebrity designer Jane Seymour on July 13 between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. for a special luncheon and book signing. Visitors will receive a free copy of Seymour's latest book, Open Hearts, to be autographed during the event. Seymour is partnering with Capel to design a new line of rugs and market-goers will have the opportunity to preview the first collection.
During market, Capel is featuring a special promotion on selected in-line styles at the unprecedented promotional discount of 50% off. This incredible offer is available on popular collections such as Tempo, Andes, Kaimuri, Martha's Pastels and many others, for a total of nearly 100 SKUs at unbeatable savings.
As increased incentive for buyers to stock up on high-quality inventory, Capel will offer a 10% discount on all new introductions for orders of two or more rugs and the largest selection of discontinued styles ever offered will be marked down an additional 15 to 35%. Hand tufted in India with overtwisted wool blend yarns for a unique effect, Elementals is offered in the soft-hued patterns Bramble, Pavilion, Orchids, Bluebells and Walkstone (toasted almond or mesquite). Walkstone features the winning design from the 2008 NC State University Design Competition. A 5' x 8' rug may retail for $599.
Classic Chobi : Delicate floral symmetry is arranged in classic muted colors to create these elegant classics. Gold filigree vines and repeating border add order and refined detail.
