The Western Home Furnishings Association (WHFA) and National Home Furnishings Association (NHFA) announced it will offer retailers the opportunity to enjoy “home away from home” luxuries at the RRC Hot Spot during the 2009 Fall Las Vegas Market. The RRC Hot Spot is located in B-1630 of the World Market Center.
Two luxuries that will draw attendees to the Hot Spot are the complimentary Internet workstations and gourmet coffee, sponsored by STORIS Management Systems. Four Internet workstations are available for retailers to check in on their store or stay on top of their emails throughout Market. Retailers can also enjoy a steamy cup of espresso to give them a jolt to get through the day. The coffee bar will also provide hungry retailers with fresh-baked Otis Spunkmeyer cookies throughout the day.
“Sponsoring the Hot Spot is a great opportunity to commemorate STORIS’ 20th anniversary this year, as this is a great milestone for the company,” stated Carolina Van Winkle, Senior Marketing Manager at STORIS Management Systems. “The ability to provide attendees with complimentary amenities and gourmet java selections, along with the debut of STORIS’ superior new enhancements, is a winning blend.”
The Hot Spot will also provide a free buyers’ breakfast, sponsored by GE Money, WHFA’s new in-store financing program. Served daily from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m., the buyers’ breakfast is the perfect place to have a hot, delicious breakfast before a long day at Market.
"We are very excited to support our new partnership with WHFA and the furniture industry by hosting this event, we hope everyone stops by the Center for breakfast." said Randy Stewart, relationship manager for GE Money.
A great way to end each Market day is by visiting the RRC Hot Spot for the Power Hour. From 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., the Power Hour is the perfect time for retailers to relax, network with one another and enjoy a few adult beverages and small bites. Buyers from all over the World Market Campus are welcome to stop by and have a glass of beer or wine and enjoy all of the complimentary services that the Retailer Resource Center offers.
