Calvin Klein, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation announced that Calvin Klein Home along with Margaret Russell, Vice President and Editor in Chief of ELLE DECOR, hosted an invitation-only cocktail party for the opening of the new Calvin Klein Home lifestyle shop on the second floor of ABC Carpet & Home last night. For the evening, Ms. Russell was wardrobed in Calvin Klein Collection.
The new lifestyle shop is the first of it’s kind at ABC Carpet & Home and showcases a range of products from the Calvin Klein Home offering, including tabletop, bedding, rugs – and now furniture – all presented within a unique lifestyle environment. The opening of the new retail space marks the debut of “the curator collection by Calvin Klein Home” furniture line in New York City.
Notables in attendance included Tom Murry, President & CEO, Calvin Klein, Inc.; Amy Mellen, Creative Director, Calvin Klein Home; Paulette Cole, CEO & Creative Director, ABC Carpet & Home; James Druckman, President & CEO, New York Design Center; as well as stylist Karl Templer, designers Madeine Weinrib and Richard Lambertson, and interior decorators Elaine Griffin, Elizabeth Bauer, Michael Devine, Alan Tanksley, Matt Berman, Amy Lau, and Kiane von Mueffling.
