Dutailier Group Inc., a Quebec-based manufacturer of wood gliders, accent leather upholstery and juvenile bedroom furniture has just announced new additions to its management team.
Guy Patenaude has been hired as Vice President of Sales for the North American market, David Fontaine has been promoted to Vice President Marketing and Customer Service and Christian Parent was promoted to Vice President of Operations. They will complete the management team with Alain Bellefleur, Vice President R&D, Roch Bilodeau, Vice President Finance and Fernand Fontaine, President and owner of Dutailier.
Guy Patenaude started his carrier with Simmons Canada Inc. where he worked as a sales representative for 16 years. He then moved on to Jaymar Furniture Ltd. where he spent 15 years, first as Vice President Sales and Marketing and eventually President. Mr. Patenaude is a well known seasoned veteran of the furniture industry who was involved in the upholstery market in both Canada and United States over the years.
David Fontaine, son of the owner, and Christian Parent were respectively Marketing Manager and Operations Manager before their promotion. Both have been with Dutailier for almost 15 years and have a great knowledge of the company and the markets where it operates.
