Kathy Ireland Home by Omnia Leather announced that it is returning to the IHFC and will showcase its exclusive line of leather upholstery on the eleventh floor of the Design Center, space D1102.
“After showing in other locations at High Point,” explained Michael Hansen, Vice-President of Brand Development, “our sales force lobbied for a return to the IHFC as it represented the best opportunity to reach customers attending Market.” While Hansen credited the IHFC for the exposure, he also cited his company’s people and its product for their success. “The strength and health of our business is attributable to a great team of people working diligently to provide our customers the very highest quality products in our categories.”
Omnia Leather offers sectionals, sleepers, chairs and more within the Kathy Ireland Home brand, and alone backs their offering with the Gold Card Service. For the spring Market at High Point, Hansen said retailers would see a host of new frames and new products introduced.
Opening in 1921, IHFC was the original showroom building in High Point and after 89 years of expansion remains the centerpiece of the world’s largest home-furnishings trade show that attracts more than 80,000 participants twice a year to 2,000 showrooms covering 11.5 million square feet. IHFC alone is home to 500 of the leading home-furnishings manufacturers, including 13 of the top 20 companies, and covers 3.5 million square feet.
