The Kaleidoscope Partnership, a social media agency for the home furnishings and related industries announced that Mr. Sev Ritchie, formerly Executive Vice President of ayr1.com , has joined The Kaleidoscope Partnership as business partner and Chief Operating Officer. He will be responsible for new business development, client relations and operations.

Prior to 2002, she was involved in furniture retailing in various capacities for 20 years. She is an internationally known speaker on social media and related topics and also the writer of FurnitureToday.com ‘s *Retail Ideas* blog. She resides in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Mr. Ritchie was most recently executive VP for ayr1.com, the largest provider of retail websites to the home furnishings, gift and home accessories, appliance and electronics industries in North America. From 2002-2007, he was President of FurnitureFan.com- the largest online directory of furniture websites in the world with, at one time, over 10 million unique visitors a month. He resides in Boston with his wife and four children.
