Buxbaum Group (Liquidation Firm) Relocates MN Regional Office To Wayzata

Buxbaum Group, an Encino, Ca.-based consulting and liquidation firm, has relocated its Minneapolis regional office from Minnetonka to 18202 Minnetonka Blvd. in Wayzata. The new Wayzata office provides a range of support services for Buxbaum Group’s inventory appraisal and liquidation services, and serves as the base for Stevan Buxbaum, the firm’s vice president for business development. In addition to providing access to high-speed internet lines, the larger Wayzata facility allowed for an increase in staff, according to Mr. Buxbaum, who also directs the regional office’s operations. "We’ve moved to larger quarters because we expect significant growth in our liquidation business in the next few years," he noted. Buxbaum Group provides inventory evaluations, turnaround and crisis management and other consulting services for banks and other financial institutions with retail, wholesale/ distribution and consumer-product manufacturing clients. The firm also provides liquidation services on consumer-product inventories, machinery and equipment, and buys and sells consumer-product inventories.
