European bedding brand Magniflex announced it will unveil a record number of new products and services within its new, 4,000-square-foot showroom at High Point Market this October 16 to 21. The offerings are aimed at meeting increased demand from its dealer network throughout the United States and Canada and to accommodate a waiting list of new retailers seeking to partner with the Italian manufacturer.
“We have experienced steady growth in sales across our entire dealer network in recent months, and coming into this show we wanted to focus on the full breadth of our expertise and offerings,” said Magniflex Global Sales Director Marco Magni. “We will have more new products debuting at this show than in our last several showrooms combined, as well as more promotions, incentives and merchandising programs to further support our retailers.”
Located at the IHFC building’s Design Center, space D-843, Magniflex’s largest U.S. exhibition to date is three times the size of its former High Point showroom. It makes way for a number of introductions including four new models from the Magniflex Naturally collection, the new eMagniflex product line for Internet retailers, a first-of-its-kind bed bug repellent mattress collection, the full Coolmax Accessory merchandising program and the expanded Tonino Lamborghini by Magniflex Collection to include mattresses, linens and bath accessories.
New service offerings include Magniflex’s popular Quick Ship program which will double in size. More than 20 products will now be available via five-day drop ship.
“Our aim at High Point is to show our customers how we are accommodating recent business growth in U.S. and Canada,” said Magni. “We want retailers to know we can fully meet their immediate needs with a variety of new and best-selling products from our lines.”
One of the most exciting of the new designs is the bed bug repelling Protecto Mattress, a timely introduction for the North American market with the alarming spread of bed bugs being
reported in the media. The mattress cover is treated with an EPA-registered, eco-friendly formulation of lemon and eucalyptus to naturally repel bed bugs, mosquitoes, spiders, scorpions, moths and many other insects.
Additions to the Magniflex Naturally collection, previously known as the GeoEthic line, include the EcoBamboo Firm, EcoBamboo Soft, EcoBamboo Memory and GreenCotton Deluxe. Each one features a whole new look and feel.
Also launching at High Point is eMagniflex, a brand new product line for Internet retailers designed to meet specific needs for Internet-based product and support. The program includes two eMagniflex models available via Quick Ship, the company’s drop ship program.
“Our new eMagniflex program provides online retailers with products that are different from what consumers can get in stores,” said Magni. “Retailers who rely only on their online business will now be able to offer Magniflex, benefit from a low initial investment, no inventory costs and our convenient, low-cost Quick Ship program.”
The Quick Ship program will double in size to include the new Magniflex Naturally line, foundations for all mattresses, Memoform mattress toppers available in 3”, 2” and 1” profiles, and the new Coolmax Accessories program featuring eight ergonomic pillows for home, office and travel. Retailers can guarantee five-day delivery time directly to consumers’ homes for one low, flat rate -- $45 for a queen mattress to the 48 contiguous U.S. states and to Canada.
Magniflex has also begun shipping to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, and is promoting complimentary shipping to all of U.S. and Canada for any 10-piece orders.
The expanded Tonino Lamborghini by Magniflex Collection will showcase six designer mattresses and a full array of accessories, linens and bath towels all featuring the brand’s signature red, black and white motif. As with all Magniflex collections, the line is certified by Oeko Tex to guarantee the absence of substances that are harmful to people or the environment.
