Chris Madden To Speak At IFDA/IHFC April Design Seminar

Chris Madden will be the featured speaker on Friday, April 4, 2003, at the IHFA/IHFCx luncheon. Her topic will be: “Chris Madden: A Designer’s Journey Continues From Oprah’s Grounding Room to a Vermont Hideaway.” Join Chris Madden as she shares her photographs that show how to create living spaces that reflect one’s own personal style using affordable, stylish products – enforcing her belief that our homes should be reflections of our personality, and at the same time, havens from our busy, demanding lives. Madden will take us on a designer’s journey, showing both great design and a look at her newest book, New American Living Room. Chris Madden is the force behind a home furnishings and design empire that spans publishing, television and merchandising. Book signing of New American Living Room will follow the presentation. The seminar and luncheon are scheduled for 12:00 p.m. IHFC“ Green Wing, 11th floor, International Ballroom B.
