The High Point Market Authority reported that sponsoring exhibitors for Spring Pre-Market are readying new product introductions in anticipation of another blockbuster event, Feb. 28-March 1. Registration has surpassed the record levels reached last fall, with 224 buyers from 96 leading retail companies registered for Pre-Market.
“Pre-Market offers a unique opportunity for participating buyers and the sponsoring exhibitors to come together in advance of Market,” says Brian Casey, president and CEO of the High Point Market Authority, who acts as spokesperson for the event’s sponsors. “The event allows buyers to preview product, secure distribution, and strengthen relationships with key vendors.”
“We constantly hear from retailers about the important role that Pre-Market plays in their buying decisions, as well as the efficiency of their Market schedules,” says Kevin O’Connor, chairman of the Pre-Market Committee. “The 24 sponsoring manufacturers have made a commitment to show all new product in a market setting for review.
