Amir Zfira and Beth DiClemente have joined Clear Thinking Group, Inc. as a senior consultant and financial analyst, respectively. Zfira joins the retail and consumer products consulting organization with over nine years experience in business strategy analysis, financial modeling, and development of capital strategies for businesses. Most recently, he was an independent consultant, providing finance and marketing guidance to a variety of companies. Earlier in his career, Zfira served as a vice president at the investment banking firms of Capitalink, L.C., and Avalon Group, Ltd. The Boca Raton, Fla. resident holds a BBA in finance and investments, and an MBA in marketing, both from Baruch College of the City University of New York. DiClemente comes to the firm with 10 years of corporate-level experience in finance and accounting, primarily at Prudential Insurance Company. She began her career as a staff auditor for Prudential and went on to serve as associate manager-treasury and accounting, and as a financial systems manager.
