Culp, Inc. announced that the company has named Pat Rosser, director of operations for Culp Home Fashions, the company’s mattress fabrics division, effective May 2, 2011. Rosser will have overall responsibility for the Culp Home Fashions’ warehouse, shipping and receiving, sample department, customer service, weave room planning, and general operations management. Rosser will report directly to Robert G. Culp, IV, president, Culp Home Fashions.
Rosser previously worked as operations coordinator for Culp Home Fashions. Prior to this position, he had a long tenure in the furniture industry as a sales executive at Rose Furniture, Director of Sales at Furnitureland South, and Vice President of Sales for 12 Ashley Home Stores. He holds an undergraduate degree in Economics from University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and an MBA from Wake Forest University.

Culp, Inc. is one of the world’s largest marketers of mattress fabrics for bedding and upholstery fabrics for furniture. The company’s fabrics are used principally in the production of bedding products and residential and commercial upholstered furniture.
