Milliken Proclaims April “Milliken Month” With Marketing Support, Special Promotions On Broadloom

Milliken Carpet has named April “Milliken Month,” with enhanced merchandising and marketing support, promotional materials and sponsored savings on broadloom, area rugs and the new Tesserae carpet system introduction for dealers. “Milliken Month” special promotions and marketing materials are available to dealers who have purchased the Milliken Décor Center. The new marketing materials include Milliken Month/ColorSource™ counter cards, an in-store poster, two print ads and a recently produced commercial spot for television that dealers may tailor to promote their own customized store information. The promotional materials reinforce Milliken’s patented ColorSource™ technology that provides consumers endless color options to fit every lifestyle and unique design situation. In addition, special promotional discounts are available to dealers currently selling the Milliken Décor Center collection. Launched last year, the Milliken Décor Center, with Milliken’s patented ColorSource™ technology provides consumers more choices in color from one system than any other industry manufacturer with 270 color offerings on 11 different bases for a total of 2,950 SKUs. The bases include (2) textured Saxony, a straight set Saxony, pin point Saxony, (3) friezes, (2) texture loops and a casual loop and frieze. The Décor Center collection is merchandised through an in-store Your Color, Your Lifestyle display theme, which features all available colors displayed and sampled by color family palettes. There are 18 palettes total with 15 colors per color family on each palette. The color palette sample size is 24” x 40”. The color palettes cover the gamut of the color wheel and each palette is named to suit.
