A GOOD LEADER....

1. understands good morale is not achieved through family picnics or Christmas parties.
     
2. realizes you can’t buy good morale.
     
3. recognizes front line supervisors frequently have more impact on morale than top management. 
     
4. learns to improve morale of a group, you must improve morale of individual members.
     
5. knows that feeling a member of the team is the first pre-requisite in improving morale and productivity.
     
6. is aware that one negative member of a team can significantly effect the morale of the entire team unless properly addressed.
