HomeDirectUSA, one of North America's largest distribution networks focused on the new channel of distribution and value added dedicated delivery to home, office or home office announced, today, the roll out of a new, multi-tiered product distribution and installation service program. This will provide manufacturers and distributors selling direct-to-consumer the ability to offer value-added delivery and installation service options to their end consumer.

Bronze- The base-price level of service consisting of a one-person threshold delivery with a four-hour delivery window, delivered crated and put in a garage or inside the door.
Silver - A two person crated delivery placed into any room in the home or office.
Gold - A two person un-crated delivery placed into any room in the home or office, with removal and disposal of packaging.
Platinum - Gold level service plus light assembly with up to 30 minutes in the home.
Diamond - Platinum level service with the addition of two deluxing services. The first is the opening and inspection of order at the delivering agent's dock, and the second is touch-up if necessary. This involves on-site minor touch up, or return, reorder or dispose to a third-party for repair if more significant damage has occurred.
HomeDirectUSA service offerings include pick and pack, merge-in-transit, inventory management, warehousing, reverse logistics, regional and local distribution.
