Cantoni, Inc., one of the leading contemporary furniture, accessory and design studio retailers, presents a dramatic new line of furniture and accessories for the fall. New for the season are a variety of exceptional pieces from some of the industry's leading designers. To highlight the fall 2000 collection and kick-off a storewide sale, each of Cantoni's three locations hosted a Fall Preview Party on October 26.
New styles showcased throughout each store will include furniture for living rooms, dining rooms, home offices and more. Among these pieces premiering this fall are:
The organic Sofa One, designed by Karim Rashid, functions as a sofa or a chaise and features built-in magazine storage.
The La Dolce Vita Sectional sofa features strong symmetrical lines and a cushion back for a sale price of $9,249.
The Graphic Desk, created by Giorgio Cattelan, has a base of white Carrara or black Marquina marble, and contains a swiveling drawer unit and supports a curved glass top. Sale priced at $4,319.
The new Morgana seven-drawer chest on wheels is characterized by the use of a special joint that allows each drawer to move and rotate on it's own axis to create original configurations. It is on sale for $1,919.
The Zeta Extension Table, by Paolo Cattelan, consists of a white Carrara or black Marquina marble base supporting an extendable top in clear, frosted or mixed glass. It is available for $3,119 through November.
The Helical Reclining Armchair, designed by Axel Enthoven, takes the chaise lounger concept to new heights of contemporary fashion. Sitting on a swivel base and covered in leather, the armchair is on sale for $3,459.
"Our buyers have done an exceptional job selecting the best of the new creations from the leading designers in contemporary furnishings," said Michael Wilkov, Cantoni founder and president. "We are pleased to debut these pieces in our new store in Irvine, where Cantoni style has been very well received, as well as to our solid and growing customer base in the Southwest."
Founded in 1984, Cantoni has grown from a single location in Dallas, to more than 100,000 square feet of showroom space in Dallas, Houston and Irvine, Calif. Cantoni's goal is to provide the best contemporary furnishings and accessories from the world's cutting-edge designers.
