Tony Bellerosa, Mike & George Massood to Receive Awards at GNYHFA Dinner Dance In November.

The Greater New York Home Furnishings Association announced that the recipient of the Jerry Gans Memorial Award for 2000 has been chosen. This award is given each year to members of our industry for distinguished service. They are especially pleased to announce that Tony Bellerosa has been chosen by the award committee. In addition, the second recipients of the David Druckman Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented to Mike and George Massood of MGM Transport Corporation. Tony, Mike and George will receive their honors at the Dinner Dance on Saturday evening, November 18, 2000 at Terrace-on-the-Park in Hushing Meadow, Queens. Invitations for this wonderful and enjoyable evening will be mailed out shortly. A portion of the proceeds from this event will benefit Adults and Children with Learning and Developmental Disabilities (ACLD), a Long Island based charitable organization. A Journal is being prepared to commemorate this occasion and offers the perfect medium for the many friends and business associates to express their feelings. The Journal is one of our prime fund raising efforts and enables the GNYHFA to pursue its many endeavors for the betterment of our industry.
