Palliser announces new International Sales Manager

Palliser Furniture announced that Andres Escobar has joined the company as International Sales Manager, effective July 3. In this role, Escobar will lead the International Sales team, exploring opportunities in Puerto Rico, Mexico, South America, Australia, and targeted countries in Europe. His office will be located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Escobar holds an MBA from the University of Alberta and brings a solid foundation in international business. Originally from Colombia, he has been living in Canada for three years with his wife and young daughter. Pablo Reich, Palliser’s previous International Sales Manager, has taken a temporary leave to pursue his MBA at the University of Manitoba on a Palliser-sponsored program. His efforts resulted in increases of 30 to 40% annually in Palliser’s International Sales. Reich will return to Palliser in August 2002 to take on a new role yet to be determined.
