In a move intensifying its presence and visibility in arenas nationwide, CORY Home Delivery Service, the oldest specialized home delivery carrier in America, has named Bob Grant Marketing Manager for the Midwest Division. Joseph Cory, Sr., CEO, made the announcement of Mr. Grant’s appointment recently.
“Bob brings vast experience from the retail and consumer side of the home delivery market,” says Mr. Cory, “that is invaluable to our organization as a provider of these services.”
Responsible for new account development as well as growing and servicing existing business in the Midwest, Mr. Grant is a veteran in the retail industry in transportation and distribution logistics, operations management, warehousing, and home delivery, as well as facility construction, consolidations, and expansions. He served as Vice President of Operations for Carson Pirie Scott/P.A. Bergner in the Midwest, with Woodward & Lothrop in Washington, D.C., and as an international consultant to the logistics industry. A graduate of The Catholic University of America, he is a resident of Whitewater, Wisconsin.
