Premier Bedding Group Appoints James Conti To Sales Representative, Northeast

Industry veteran James (Jim) Conti has joined Premier Bedding Group (PBG), the mattress company and exclusive North American licensee of Bassett-branded mattresses, as Sales Representative for the Northeast region, it was announced by Jim Siragusa, Eastern Regional Vice President of Sales. In his new role, Conti will handle sales for PBG's four brands - Bassett Bedding, Carrington Chase, Nature's Rest and Performax latex. "We are very enthusiastic about adding Jim, a seasoned sales professional, to our growing family," said Siragusa. "With his expertise and reputation, we are confident that our sales in the Northeast region of the country will thrive and that customers will be well served." Conti brings to Premier Bedding Group a comprehensive understanding of sales in the mattress industry, having 30 years experience in the field. Most recently, he served as Major and National Accounts Sales Manager for Serta Mattress Company. His previous experience also includes work as Sales Representative and Sales Manager for Serta. "I am very impressed with what PBG has accomplished in less than one year," said Conti. "I am delighted to become a part of this winning team," he added. Conti is a resident of Raynham, Massachussetts. Premier Bedding Group, headquartered in Tampa, FL, is a mattress company and the exclusive North American licensee of Bassett mattresses. The company's product lines include Carrington Chase by Bassett, Dream Maker by Bassett, Performax and Nature's Rest. PBG was recently formed by LIS Corporation, an investment company with holdings in the bedding, marketing/communications and hotel industries.
