Heller Financial Names Miller President:

Heller Financial, Inc., announced that Scott E. Miller has been named president of Heller Commercial Services, formerly known as Current Asset Management. Miller joins this division from Heller's asset-based lending unit, Heller Business Credit, where lie also served as president. He Succeeds Michael J. Roche, who has been named president of Heller Small Business Finance. "Scott's extensive expertise in asset-based lending makes him an ideal leader for Heller Commercial Services," noted Richard J. Almeida, Heller's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. "We have achieved a powerful and respected position in the marketplace and are confident that Scott brings the right blend of expertise and skills to help us grow to a new level of industry leadership," Miller, 52, came to Heller in January 1998 from Bank of America in Los Angeles, where he served as senior vice president and general manager of asset-based lending. Prior to his four year tenure at Bank of America, he was with Citicorp for 17 years, serving in a wide variety of senior management and commercial lending roles.
