Gefen Productions Is Honored for Excellence. Local video production firm receives two “Communicator Awards”

Gefen Productions, a leading video production firm in North Carolina, has garnered praise from an international panel of industry professionals. The company received top “Communicator Awards” for its video production work for American Express and Habitat for Humanity. Gefen Productions and its co-owner, Ellen Gefen, are best known in the furniture industry for the High Point Market television show, Home Fashion Report (formerly Industry Update.) A training series created by Gefen for American Express won The Communicator Award of Excellence in the multi-media/interactive category. The Award of Excellence is the highest honor in the competition, presented to those whose ability to communicate elevates them among the best in the field. The winning American Express production was a 4-part training series for customer relations for American Express Merchants that featured topics such as “Handling Objections” and “Sales and Probing.” Fulfilling the Dream, Gefen’s “call to action” video for Habitat for Humanity of High Point, Archdale & Trinity, Inc. was given The Communicator Award of Distinction in the external communication/non-profit category. The Award of Distinction recognizes projects that exceed industry standards in production or communication skills.
