Mark Handwerker Joins Feinblum Real Estate Team

Julius Feinblum, President of America's largest real estate company specializing in the furniture industry, announced today that Mark Handwerker has joined the firm as Vice President, Bedding Real Estate. Handwerker, who expanded Mattress Discounters' nationwide eight-fold, will bring strong corporate experience combined with an extensive knowledge of the bedding and furniture industries. Handwerker comes to the firm with over 15 years of real estate expertise, split between the corporate and independent levels. Ten of those years were spent at Mattress Discounters, the nation's number one bedding retailer. While there, Handwerker oversaw the company's expansion to the Boston, California, Pittsburgh and Detroit markets, as well as the increase from 23 to over 200 retail stores in existing markets. In addition to his time at the corporate level, Handwerker brings five years of experience as an independent broker for various furniture retailers, including Ethan Allen.
