Saeid Korhani, Chairman and CEO of Yanoor Corp, parent company of Burlington Rugs and Monticello Flooring, announced that the company was moving its corporate offices to a new facility located at 955 Cobb Place Boulevard, Kennesaw, Georgia by the end of the year. "We need to be near the heart of where it all happens for the various industries within which we participate, said Mr. Korhani. We will be a strong competitor in each industry and feel that it is imperative for our offices to be near the center of the action. The metropolitan Atlanta area is a wonderful place to live and will help us attract the best of talent as well as better control a variety of costs, especially travel.” “The new facility will house the executive and management personnel for each of our divisions as well as accounting, customer service, design, finance, IT, marketing, sales and a beautiful showroom that will be in excess of 20,000 square feet. We are exceptionally proud of our Monticello roots and all of our employees in these facilities. Manufacturing and Distribution will remain in Monticello as this move will give us the presence to insure that these facilities are running at full capacity. In fact, I and a few other key executives will be making weekly trips to Monticello and maintain offices in both facilities.” noted Korhani. ”Additionally, we are moving to a much larger showroom in the Atlanta Merchandise Mart, says Shields Smith, Vice President of Marketing. The new showroom will bes located on the fourth floor of the Atlanta Merchandise Mart and will be ready for a January debut.
