Reaching Retail: Training Retail Sales People as "Certified BackCare Advisors

Simmons is also tapping its BackCare sales managers to train retail sales floor people at select dealers. Through a new and unique program, BackCare sales managers will begin offering intensive training to "instate" retail sales people as "Certified BackCare Advisors". Sales persons will be identified by lapel pins denoting their accreditation and will be the point person on the retail floor to work with the physician and medical market. Another initiative BackCare brings to the industry is an automated testing program to be used following a BackCare sales meeting. The sales associate can call an "800" number with an automated test 'about the brand's features to earn a free BackCare wristwatch.
