WOODARD, INC. ANNOUNCES PURCHASE OF LYON-SHAW

Woodard, Inc., a leading manufacturer of outdoor and casual furniture, today announced it has signed an agreement to acquire the business of Lyon-Shaw Furniture, from WinsLoew Furniture, Inc. Lyon-Shaw is a manufacturer of medium and high-end wrought iron furniture located in Salisbury, NC. Woodard is a unit of CC Industries, Inc,, a diversified holding company for manufacturing and real estate businesses.
