The new designs in hand-tufted woven, flatwoven and hand-knotted categories are designed to compliment home furnishings from both The World of Bob Timberlake® furniture collection and An Arts and Crafts Collection from Bob Timberlake®
Hand-tufted designs, Sedona and Casbah, present updated geometric and floral themes in this most popular rug category. Sedona presents a repetitious geometric motif in a sophisticated, updated color palette, while Casbah combines stylized floral themes in gentle, spicy earth tones. Both hand-tufted designs are crafted in 100% wool.
Three woven/flatwoven designs in 100% wool using bold geometric patterning are also offered for Bob Timberlake from Capel. Meditation and Spice of Life present classic kelim-inspired designs in combinations of sage, brown, terracotta, chili pepper and azure blue. Completing the woven group, Zephyr re-states this bold geometry in linear patterns of chocolate brown, putty and storm cloud blue.
Kismet a hand-knotted design, rounds out the Bob Timberlake collection for April. Constructed of 100% wool, this pattern is also reminiscent of timeless kelim design and will be offered in the sage, brown, terracotta and chili pepper colorway.
Bob Timberlake has maintained its popularity by successfully reinterpreting traditional motifs into comfortable, casual designs that fit today's lifestyles. Anthony Noberini, Senior Stylist for Bob Timberlake, Inc., explained that with the new designs for Capel, " We are looking ahead toward a new century, and in doing so, we have returned to past masters in rug design. These new designs borrow from these masters, but we have added a fresh, Timberlake twist to these classic patterns."
New rugs for Bob Timberlake from Capel will be shown during the April International Home Furnishings Market at Capel's showroom located at Market Square, Space 112, in High Point.
