Beaulieu of America Announces New Chief Financial Officer

Carl M. Bouckaert, Chairman and CEO of Beaulieu Group, LLC, announced the promotion of Bayard Hollingsworth as Chief Financial Officer, reporting to Stuart Thorn, Chief Operating Officer. Hollingsworth joined the Beaulieu Group in 1997, as the company Treasurer. Prior to joining Beaulieu, Hollingsworth served as an Assistant Vice President with Commerzabank AG. From 1991 to 1996, he served in various corporate banking positions With ABN AMRO Bank N.V. Mr. Hollingsworth received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands.
