Flexsteel Announces Quarterly Dividend

Dubuque, Iowa; Flexsteel Industries, Inc. announced its fourth quarter dividend of $.12 per share payable July 5, 1999 to shareholders on record as of June 24, 1999. Flexsteel has paid cash dividends each year since 1938 on its common stock. This is the 230th consecutive cash dividend.
