Flexsteel Announced Quarterly Dividend

Dubuque, Iowa; Flexsteel Industries, Inc. announced its third quarter dividend of $ .12 per share payable April 6, 1998 to shareholders on record as of March 24, 1998. Flexsteel has paid cash dividends each year since 1938 on its common stock. This is the 225th consecutive cash dividend.
