Trade Promotion Services (TPS), organizers of the
September 5-8, 2004 edition of Autumn Fair, which is held annually at the
National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, England, will announce a number of
new website initiatives in order to make the Autumn Fair website more
streamlined for visitors and to also provide a greater exhibitor focus. For the
first time ever, the exhibitor manual will be available online. TPS believes that
this feature will greatly assist the 2,000 exhibitors participating in the fair.
"Now that the exhibitor manual will be available online it will greatly
simplify the process of filling out the many forms that are legally required to
exhibit, said Susan Fairley, marketing director, TPS. "Exhibitors can fill out
their forms online and e-mail them rather than having to manually fill them out
and send them back. I am sure exhibitors will greatly welcome this new
development."
In addition, the Autumn Fair website will now be more user-friendly
with exhibitor lists, floor plans, logos and lots of helpful hints and tips on how
to make the most of their time at the show.
Autumn Fair visitors can also take advantage of the travel section
on the website. This section will offer UK and international buyers regular
travel news flashes, to keep buyers up-to-date with the most competitive
deals into the Birmingham International Airport.
The Autumn Fair website will also offer the latest details on the key
features at the fair, including Made in Britain & Ireland (Autumn Fair's
initiative to highlight suppliers and manufacturers of British and Irish suppliers
and manufacturers); the lively and topical Talking Point seminar program and
the debut of the New Artists Competition.
During the fair, Autumn Fair visitors will also be able to enjoy a
trendy media zone which will be located in Hall 2 at the NEC. The trendy
Media Zone will include multiple computers offering free Internet access, a
comfortable lounge area and a wide selection of complimentary key industry
publications from the UK and around the world- for visitors to read in the
zone or to take with them. Refreshments will also be available for purchase.
Autumn Fair is managed by Trade Promotion Services (TPS). TPS
