Omnia Names Herb Wool As Eastern Regional Sales Mgr.

Omnia Leather has appointed Herb Wool to the post of Eastern regional sales manager. He will be based in Coral Springs Florida, according to Peter Zolferino, vice president of sales and marketing. Prior to joining Omina, the executive was associated with Bassett furniture Co. for nine years in the national accounts division. Before that he was vice president of national sales for Studio One. "The appointment of Herb Wool establishes Omnia's presence on the national scene as a producer of leather sofas, loveseats, chairs, sectionals ottomans and motion items,'' Zolferino said. To mark the expansion, Omnia will open a 3,300 square foot showroom in high Point beginning with the April market. It is located at Hamilton Square, third floor, Space 321. In addition, the company is assembling a sales team to cover the eastern, southern and midwest territories.
