Excelsior Designs Opens New Gallery In New Jersey Huffman Koos Store

Excelsior Designs, a leading manufacturer of contemporary and transitional home furnishings, announced the opening of a new Excelsior Designs comprehensive gallery at the Huffman Koos Hackensack store located on Main Street in River Edge, New Jersey. Bobbie Burns-Hughes, design director for Excelsior Designs, developed the new gallery format and worked with the Huffman Koos design staff to install the new 3,500 square foot display. Included are case goods, as well as Excelsior Designs lighting and custom bedding ensembles. While many retailers have comprehensive displays of Excelsior Designs and its Casa Novalia division, this new gallery is a prototype for what is anticipated in many retail locations across the country. Excelsior Designs and its lifestyle division, Casa Novalia, are headquartered in North Amityville, NY, with a permanent showroom in the International Home Furnishings Design Center in High Point, NC. Founded in 1983, Excelsior Designs produces contemporary and transitional furniture, including bedroom, dining room, home office, entertainment, and occasional lines. Casa Novalia, a division founded in 2001 specializes in the use of mixed media materials.
