Top La-Z-Boy Sales Representatives Inducted Into Company’s Summit Club

La-Z-Boy, the nation’s leading manufacturer of upholstered furniture, honored its top-selling sales representatives with membership into the company’s Summit Club. Inductees were announced at an awards dinner held Monday, October 13, at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro, N.C. Charlie Schillaci, sales representative for the San Diego area, along with his sales associate Longie Cruz, was presented with the prestigious La-Z-Boy President’s Award for 2003. The award, which is given annually, honors the year’s highest-performing sales representative or team. “All of our Summit Club inductees are at the top of their game, are smart and hard-working, and represent the best in this industry,” said Ken Salm, vice president of sales for La-Z-Boy, who presented the award. “Each winner possesses professionalism and personal integrity and is extremely loyal to this company. And, of course, each had outstanding sales performance last year.” Schillaci has been a sales representative with La-Z-Boy since 1988, and Cruz joined the company in 1995. This is the fourth Summit Club win for each.
