Roland Maddrey Joins Universal Furniture International

Universal Furniture International, Inc. announces the appointment of R. Roland Maddrey to the position of Vice President of Sales. Maddrey will be responsible for the management of several of the company’s key accounts as well as overseeing sales for Universal’s new upholstery division. Universal Furniture Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Randy Chrisley says, “Roland’s extensive sales background will provide Universal retailers and our sales team with an even greater competitive advantage in today’s marketplace. We are sure that he will have an immediate and positive impact within our company and for our retail partners.” Maddrey comes to Universal from Lea Industries, Inc. where he held the positions of sales representative and vice president of sales, western region. He was previously associated with HickoryMark Furniture, Inc. as vice president of sales.
