Capel Incorporated Enters Fall With Dramatic New Rug Additions

CAPEL EXPANDS IN HIGH POINT: Capel will showcase its expanding collection of area rugs in a larger showroom space this October. This is the second time Capel has expanded showroom space in six months. The company increased its permanent showroom space at 112 Market Square with a 4,000 square foot addition. The new space will be devoted to one-of-a-kind Hand-Knotted rugs in wool and wool/silk qualities. A wide variety of current colors and oversizes are offered at deep discount prices. CAPEL ENTERS THE BATH RUG MARKET: Capel, manufacturer and importer of fine area rugs since 1917, has made a logical jump into the bath market with four new collections of premium bath rugs. Capel will unveil collections Posh, Allure, Encore, and Silkie during the High Point International Home Furnishings Market in October. PERFECTLY PREPPY SHAG: Four charming new colors have been added to the company's stylish collection of modern shag rugs, Shaggy Shag. New colors shown at Market will include prep standards Hot Pink and Mint Green, as well as Bright Yellow and Orange hues. Shaggy Shag has become an established best-seller thanks to its ultra-deep shag and super soft nylon with special soft-backing. Basketweave from Colonial Williamsburg® is a rectangular shaped braid woven to mimic the look of an intricate basketweave pattern and offered in lush Fall colors. Saskatchewan and Chenango are casual braided looks from outdoor enthusiast Dick Idol®. Saskatchewan is a rugged wool/cotton blend inspired by wild, rustic hues.
