Kligman's Signs New Lease - Plans To Remodel

The 108 year old Klingman Furniture Company renewed its lease with the Centerpointe Mall in Grand Rapids, MI and will undergo extensive renovations. A five week sale of all merchandise in the massive, high end store concluded on December 20th. "The purpose of the Sale was to make room on the showroom floor for the contractors to begin the remodeling," said Christopher Lynch, Co-CEO of the Grand Rapids based Daniel Lynch Sales Company, who coordinated the sale. "The 150,000 square foot store will be remodeled one area at a time so the store can stay open during construction," added Robert Groters, President of Klingman's.
