Oscar De La Renta Selects Oriental Accent As Licensee To Expand Home Collection - High Point Introduction

Oscar de la Renta, Ltd. announced that they have selected Dallas-based Oriental Accent, Inc. as a licensee to develop a line of accessories for the Oscar de la Renta Home collection. Under the licensing agreement, Oriental Accent, Inc. will introduce lamps, wall sconces, decorative accessories, chargers, urns, bowls, vases, hurricanes and candlesticks to the growing Oscar de la Renta Home collection. Based on de la Renta’s own designs, Oriental Accent, Inc. will develop products enhancing the themes de la Renta has created in his home furnishings line, all reminiscent of his city, country and island homes and lifestyles. The new collection with Oriental Accent, Inc. will be debut in October 2005 at High Point Market in North Carolina. Since Oscar de la Renta Home debuted in 2003 with a line of high-end furniture by Century, the collection has continued to expand with the addition of hand-knotted Tibetan rugs, tabletop, fine upholstery, bedding, garden furniture and home fragrance.
