Addressing the ever-growing demand for their unique, quality wares, Charleston Forge has hired three new sales representatives to support local dealers with selling their furniture products.
Mike Cooney, Sales Representative
Hailing from South Texas, Mike has 31 years invested in the home furnishing industry. Previously, Mike had spent the last 24 years with a “to the trade only” showroom in San Francisco where he worked with interior designers and their clients. Two years ago, he began traveling, calling on dealer accounts in Northern California and Western Nevada. In October 2004, he became an independent manufacturer’s representative, conveying his dedication to client service by being accessible to dealers 24-hours-a-day in his Northern California and Reno, Nevada regions.
Lori Ratisher, Sales Representative
Lori decided to pursue a long-time interest in interior design after working as a computer programmer/systems analyst in the financial district of Manhattan. Lori completed courses at the Sheffied School for Interior Design in NYC to build her qualifications in the design realm. Her first break into the business was working as a design consultant at a store in Fairfield, NJ. She now represents Charleston Forge in Northern New Jersey and New York City.
Amy Benzell-Sidman, Sales Representative
Amy’s endless energy and excitement for the business is as evident as her genuine personal passion for the Charleston Forge line. A graduate with a degree in business from LaSalle and experience traveling the New England territory for 18 years, Amy has first-hand knowledge and appreciation for the consumer demographics and trends in her regions of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.
