Chromcraft Revington, Inc. Expands Board and Elects Three New Directors

Chromcraft Revington, Inc. announced the expansion of its Board of Directors with the election of three new Directors. Craig R. Stokely, John D. Swift and John R. Hesse have been elected to the Company's Board providing additional experience and functional expertise. Mr. Stokely, 60, is the President of The Stokely Partnership, Inc., a management consulting firm. He brings extensive experience in marketing and strategic planning to the Board. Mr. Stokely led strategic planning, acquisitions, new product development and marketing initiatives at Fellowes, a worldwide manufacturer of office products, where he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Earlier in his career, he held senior management positions with the LeeWards and Kenner Toy divisions of General Mills. Mr. Stokely received his MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from DePauw University. Mr. Swift, 63, is the retired Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Mohawk Industries, Inc., a worldwide producer and distributor of flooring products. He adds depth of experience in finance, accounting, acquisitions and information systems. Mr. Swift served in these capacities at Mohawk for 20 years until his retirement in 2004. Previously, he held numerous financial and accounting positions at General Electric and Firestone Tire and Rubber Company. Mr. Swift holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Hesse, 72, is the President of Spring Garden Corporate Advisors, an investment firm serving the horticultural industry. Mr. Hesse provides a depth of experience in corporate acquisitions, including financing and integration activities. Prior to his current role, Mr. Hesse founded International Garden Products, a consolidator of horticultural production companies, and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he founded Plant Resources Venture Funds I&II, a private equity firm, as well as American Garden Products, a producer and marketer of garden products. He also served as a director of IDEXX Laboratories, Inc., a manufacturer of technology-based products and services for veterinary, food and water applications. Mr. Hesse holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Yale University. Ben M. Anderson-Ray, Chromcraft Revington's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, said, "We are honored to have these three individuals join our Board of Directors. We look forward to gaining their assistance and contributions to our organization." The Company also announced that Stephen D. Healy has resigned as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. Healy has served on the Board since 2002 as a management director contributing significant financial and operational expertise. Mr. Healy will continue to serve as the President of Cochrane Furniture Company, Inc., a subsidiary of Chromcraft Revington.
