Home Furnishing Manufacturer John-Richard Names VP Marketing

John-Richard has named Keith Britt as vice president of marketing for the Greenwood, Miss.-based home furnishings manufacturer.
“I am very pleased to have someone with Keith’s extensive background as part of our team. Keith has worked in diverse industries and will bring fresh ideas to the company along with the discipline and methodology to get things done.” said Alan Galbraith, president of John-Richard.
Before joining John-Richard in January, Britt was director of communications with the Tennessee Department of Tourist Development, overseeing the state’s consumer communication campaigns. Britt, who also was a principal in WKB Public Relations in Nashville, brings 17 years of marketing and public relations experience to John-Richard. He served as group director of Dye Van Mol & Lawrence and vice president of The Buntin Group, both of Nashville, as well as chief operating officer of Thompson & Baker in Memphis.
During his career, Britt has created marketing communication campaigns for a wide spectrum of clients including the Jack Daniel’s family of brands, Tehama (Clint Eastwood’s golf apparel company), J.C. Bradford & Co., Kraft Food Ingredients, The Book Market, Thomas & Betts, High Five Entertainment, UC Lending, and television programs and series on TNN, Discovery, PBS, Oxygen and CMT.
John-Richard, which has offices and showrooms in Mississippi, North Carolina, Texas, India, China, Indonesia, the Philippines and Vietnam, offers a world of luxurious home furnishings including wall art, furniture, lighting, soft goods, mirrors, accessories, and botanicals.
