Mitsubishi Fuso Now Offers Its Used Trucks Over The Internet

In anticipation of a steady stream of Mitsubishi Fuso vehicles coming off of closed-end leases throughout the year, Mitsubishi Fuso Track of America (MFTA) today announced that customers, and prospective Mitsubishi Fuso customers, can now visit the company's website, www.mitfuso.com, to access a list of available used vehicles ready for resale. There are currently over 100 used Mitsubishi Fuso vehicles posted on the website. Prior to website posting, used vehicles will undergo an inspection by the National Truck Protection Company (NTP) which operates a nationwide inspection service. NTP will evaluate each used Mitsubishi Fuso vehicle for qualification in an optional service program that covers the engine and drive train. NTP will also offer and issue an optional service protection warranty plan. Warranty coverage can vary from 90 days to 2 years, based on the condition of the vehicle. Costs associated with this protection will vary by the length of the plan offered. To access the listing of used vehicles; a new link has been added to the home page of the MFTA website that takes a user directly to a section devoted to used vehicles. A photo of the vehicle will be included, when available, to give users a better idea of what a particular used vehicle looks like. Photos will be indicated via a camera icon. When a user clicks on the icon a window will pop open, displaying the currently selected vehicle. Another enhancement to the website is an email capability that allows a user to communicate directly with the dealership where the vehicle is domiciled.
