The 152nd semi-annual Seattle Gift Show®, which takes place August 19-22, 2006, will premier a new lifestyle division—Home & Garden. At the suggestion of the Seattle Advisory Committee members, the management team was urged to remarket and rename the At Home and GardenStyle divisions to encompass both indoor and outdoor living so prevalent in the Northwest. This new section will be located in the South Hall of the Washington State Convention & Trade Center—fusing the Home and GardenStyle exhibitors. This division will feature a wide variety of products including: home décor, statuary, furniture (indoor/outdoor), tabletop, linens, floor coverings, lighting, textiles, wall art, garden accents, floral accessories and pottery. Home & Garden will join the 11 established divisions in over 1,300 booths and 6,000 product lines currently featured at the Convention Center.
“Our goal is to offer retailers one location in which to find lifestyle merchandise. The relocation of these divisions will enable an easy shopping experience and give a variety of product options that will compliment their store’s mix. Home & Garden will become a destination for nurseries and home stores and help to broaden the range of product they carry,” said Mike Dean, President of Western Exhibitors, Inc.
The Seattle Gift Show features the following show divisions: Cash & Carry; FoodFocus; Gifts & Collectibles; Handmade®; Home & Garden; Jewelry Vaultsm; Personal Style; PetStyle; Northwest Directions; Gift/Stationery & Trend; Village Arts; and The Vintage Collection
