Sun Capital Partners, Inc. (“Rowe Furniture”) after receiving approval for the sale from the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Rowe Furniture makes custom upholstered sofas, love seats, and chairs in traditional, contemporary, and transitional styles and supplies more than 1,200 retailers, located mostly in the mid-Atlantic and southern states.
