The company, who previously announced its expansion plans in December 2006, has signed an agreement with Roers’ Furniture of Alexandria, MN to take over the Roers’ location and open a new Conlin’s Furniture location. Mr. Roy Roers, owner of Roers’ Furniture, plans to retire, sell the existing inventory and close his business. The new location, which will open sometime in late summer, will be staffed by existing Roers’ employees that wish to continue on with the new company.
